    On 21^st, July, all the middle and senior managements attend the course CULTURE OF EXECUTION which was given by Mr. WANG, the tutor from a professional training centre. The key point of execution is to affect the staff’s action through the culture of the company. Therefore, the supervisor plays a very important role in acting the culture. By the activity speech of the tutor, one to one communication and scenario exercise, the execution is to be known deeper.

    In the second half of this year, the goal of the company is to own more efficient execution. The high governors of the company will give lessons by multimedia. With ongoing learning and practicing, the staff will be more efficient in execution.
